How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over AED 200. Orders under AED 200 have a flat AED 15 delivery fee. Most orders arrive within 1-3 business days in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and 2-4 business days elsewhere in the UAE.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cards, Apple Pay, cash on delivery, and instalments with Tabby and Tamara.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as they are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Email hello@layl.ae with your order number to start a return.
Do you deliver outside the UAE?
Right now we deliver across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the rest of the UAE. We are working on wider GCC shipping.
Are your scarves and hijabs one size?
Yes, our scarves and hijabs are designed to suit most head and neck sizes and can be styled in multiple ways.
How do I care for a silk or cashmere scarf?
Hand-wash cool with a gentle detergent and dry flat, away from direct sun. Avoid wringing silk and cashmere; press out excess water with a towel instead.
How do I know my order went through?
You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed, and another update when it ships.
